Step 1 -  Insert your Pen/Flash drive. >> Click on Start Icon >> Click on Computer

Step 2 -  Right Click on Pen Drive Icon >>   Now Click on Properties

Step 3 -   Click on ReadyBoost Tab

Step 4 -   Select Use this device

Step 5 -  Select Memory Size for Ready Boost  >> Click on Apply >> Click on OK

And that is it, now just do not unplug the Pen Drive while using it as additional RAM. You will feel the change, if it doesn't then try restarting your PC. It will work for sure.
